The Kurt Schwabe Institute for Measurement and Sensor Technology Meinsberg e.V. was founded in 1945 as the "Research Institute for Chemical Technology" in Waldheim. The KSI is engaged in scientific work in the field of applied electrochemistry and is characterised by a high level of system competence, especially in the field of sensor technology.
